In the Kharkiv region, a 30-year-old man lured two young girls into an abandoned building, where he committed acts of a sexual nature against a 5-year-old child. He has been notified of suspicion, reports UNN with reference to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to law enforcement, on June 6, in one of the settlements of the Kharkiv district, two young girls aged 5 and 6 were playing outside.
A local resident approached them. He suggested the children "play" and lured them into an abandoned building. There, he committed acts of a sexual nature against the 5-year-old child.
The most horrific part is that, due to her age, the girl did not even realize the tragedy that had occurred. For her, it truly remained just a game, the rules of which were invented by an adult. She told her mother at home about it as if it were an ordinary game. The woman immediately called law enforcement.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, the 30-year-old man was notified of suspicion of sexual violence committed against a person under the age of fourteen, regardless of their voluntary consent (Part 4 of Art. 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

Investigative actions are currently ongoing. To avoid causing additional trauma to the children, the girls are being interviewed using special delicate methods that ensure psychological safety and exclude any pressure.
The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by police investigators.
