The occupiers have reported a strike on a bridge near Henichesk—an alternative route to the temporarily occupied Crimea, which further complicates the enemy's logistics on the way to the peninsula, stated Serhii Sternenko, advisor to the Minister of Defense, and Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, on social media on Wednesday, UNN reports.
The occupiers reported a strike on a bridge near Henichesk, which they used as an alternative route to the temporarily occupied Crimea. As a result, traffic across the bridge between Henichesk and the Arabat Spit was closed in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
His message appeared after a statement by the Kherson region gauleiter Vladimir Saldo that "traffic from Henichesk to the Arabat Spit is temporarily closed" following a "missile strike on one of the bridges from Henichesk to the Arabat Spit." Later, he announced the launch of traffic across the bridge in reverse mode.
Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, also pointed out: "Henichesk / Arabat Spit. Bridges. For understanding. We are talking about a strike on one of three bridges: two in Henichesk itself and one already on the Arabat Spit."
"In combination with the situation at Chonhar, the closure of traffic (and the official report effectively confirms that traffic was moving through this route) cuts Crimea off from simplified logistics via the land corridor," Andriushchenko noted.
According to Andriushchenko, "now the main detour is possible only through Armiansk and Perekopsk." "This means additional kilometers, additional travel time, and additional fuel costs," he indicated.
"Against the backdrop of the fuel crisis, it turns out twice as interesting. Logistics become longer, more expensive, and less predictable. And any supply problems begin to multiply along the entire route," Andriushchenko emphasized.
Additionally
On the night of June 9, the Chonhar Bridge, which connects Crimea with the Kherson region, suffered repeated strikes.
The first time this happened was on the night of June 7—Ukrainian FP-2 and Behemoth drones attacked the Chonhar Bridge connecting the Kherson region with Crimea. The strike was carried out by units of the Falanha multi-domain operations center of the 1st Separate Assault Regiment and the 475th Separate Assault Regiment Code 9.2. After the attack, traffic on the bridge was closed. Presumably, the second strike was carried out using the same means.
After the second strike, the 1st Separate Assault Regiment named after Dmytro Kotsiubailo of the Ground Forces of the AFU indicated that "with the first strike on June 7, we damaged the roadway in one direction. Now this important logistical route is completely disabled. The result—traffic is closed for a long time."

The R-280 highway, built by the occupation authorities, passes through the bridge, connecting Rostov-on-Don with Crimea through the occupied territories of the Donetsk region. This route is one of the key logistical paths for supplying Russian troops on the peninsula.
Ukrainian defenders are actively destroying the enemy's logistical infrastructure, both land and sea-based, and are also delivering devastating strikes deep into the Russian Federation, particularly at oil refining industry facilities.
On the night of June 8, the "Grushovaya" oil pumping station was hit. As reported by the Special Operations Forces, this production site of the "Sheskharis" transshipment complex is part of Russia's largest seaport, Novorossiysk, in the Krasnodar Krai of the RF. According to OSINT analysts, the strike was carried out by drones manufactured by Fire Point.
Middle-strike units of the Special Operations Forces on the night of June 7 struck two fuel infrastructure facilities in temporarily occupied Crimea.
The "Semykolodezyanskaya" oil depot in the village of Yedy-Kuyu (Lenine), located approximately 200 km from the line of combat contact, was hit. The facility is used by Russian troops as a logistical hub for the storage and transportation of fuel oil, diesel fuel, and other petroleum products.
On the night of August 8, the Special Operations Forces, in a series of drone strikes, hit a junction of two Russian main oil pipelines in the Volgograd region of the RF, a radar station in the Krasnodar Krai of the RF, and an oil depot in occupied Crimea.
