The Kherson administration reported on a number of issues that were discussed with Minister of Culture Rostyslav Karandieiev during his visit to Kherson.
Attention was drawn to the issue of creating shelters in the city's cultural institutions, as there are currently no state subventions to support culture. According to Karandeyev, ICIP will help to equip a shelter-hub in Kherson to ensure the artistic and educational process, using external funds.
