On Thursday, November 21, the occupiers in Toretsk entered an apartment in a residential neighborhood with three civilians. The russian military deliberately opened fire on them, killing two local residents on the spot and injuring a man. This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, according to UNN

According to the investigation, on November 21, 2024, at 18:00, representatives of the army of the aggressor state once again cynically violated the norms of international humanitarian law.
