"At 00:15, a Shahed UAV fired on the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. Civilian infrastructure objects were damaged: a restaurant, a shop, and office premises. Windows were smashed in nearby residential buildings. There were no casualties," Syniehubov wrote on Telegram.
Also, according to him, at 15:54, an enemy air attack was carried out on the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. Windows in an educational institution were smashed. One person was injured, he said. Two 5-storey residential buildings, one 4-storey residential building and 3 cars were damaged as a result of the shelling of the residential area. "19 people were injured, including 4 children. A 59-year-old civilian man was killed," said Prokudin.
In total, he noted, over the past day, about 20 localities in Kharkiv region suffered artillery and mortar attacks: Veterinary, Borysivka, Ambarne, Strilecha and others. The towns of Novoyehorivka, Ivanivka, Vetarine, Kharkiv, Synkivka, Kruhlyakivka and Borova were hit by air strikes. In particular:

▪️ 21:10 hostile shelling of Borova village, Izium district. A two-story building of a kindergarten, 3 apartment buildings and a boiler house were damaged. A 12-year-old teenager died from the wounds.
▪️ 14:35 A dormitory and 4 apartment buildings were damaged as a result of shelling by the KAB of Kupyansk. There are no casualties.
▪️ 13:00 A private house was damaged as a result of the dumping of water pollutants in the village Dvorichna. A 67-year-old man was injured.
In addition, according to him, at 13:47 in the village of Petrivka, Kharkiv district, a 47-year-old man exploded on an unknown explosive object and was taken to the hospital.
"The enemy did not conduct any offensive actions in the Kupyansk sector over the last day," said Colonel Syniehubov.
The head of the RMA also said that 159 children have been evacuated from two communities in Kharkiv region: 39 from Vilkhuvata and 120 from Velykoburlutsk.
