Starting from December 1, Ukraine will change the rules for booking employees of critical enterprises. In particular, the booking will be online through "Diya", and the company itself must meet two mandatory criteria, as well as another one at the choice of the head of the enterprise. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for innovation, development of Education, Science and Technology-Minister of digital transformation Mikhail Fedorov, reports UNN.
"Previously, there was an option to book via Diya and offline. Starting from December 1, it will only be online, which will solve the problem with long-term processing of documents. Businesses that have retained their criticality status during the audit must update it by February 28. People will be able to book starting from December 1, but the reservation will only work until February 28 next year," Fedorov said.
He noted that new employees will be able to book immediately, there is no need to work out any time frame.
Under the new rules, in order to book people, an enterprise must meet the 3rd criterion: the average salary at the enterprise is not less than 20 thousand hryvnias and the absence of tax debts, and the third criterion will be chosen by the head of the enterprise himself. This can be residency in action.City; 1.5 + million euros of taxes paid per year; importance for the national economy or the needs of the tergromada.
