President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Resilience Plan to the Verkhovna Rada, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko said on Telegram, UNN reports.

"Zelensky presented the 'Resilience Plan' to the Rada," Honcharenko wrote
According to him, it consists of 10 points:
1. Unity
2. Front
3. Weapons
4. Money
5. Energy
6. Security
7. Communities
8. Human capital
9. Cultural sovereignty
10. Politics of heroes
"This is a doctrine that should lead Ukraine from war to peace," Goncharenko wrote.
People's deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak described more specifically what Zelensky said:
• There will be no elections. "Ukraine first needs a fair peace, and then Ukrainians will hold fair elections!"
• There will be NO reduction of the mobilization age. "Our state is not preparing to lower the mobilization age"
• The Military Ombudsman and the Technology Staff will be introduced.
• Direct funds for brigades should be increased.
• In March 2025, pensions will be indexed to the level of inflation.
• The Ministry of Unification of Ukraine will be created and a candidate for the minister will be presented by the end of the year
• By the end of the year, all vacancies of Ukrainian ambassadors will be filled. Also replacements for G7 countries
• Initiate the introduction of "cultural Ramstein"
• Introduction of "veteran assistant". 11,000 veteran support specialists next year.
"The entire plan with applications will be presented only in December," Zhelezniak added.
