A member of a settlement council in the Dnipropetrovsk region has been notified of suspicion regarding inaccurate asset declaration
According to the investigation, in her 2023 declaration, she failed to disclose two apartments, 2 million UAH in expenses for their purchase, 6.2 million UAH in bank accounts, and 4.5 million UAH in loans from relatives.
The violations were identified during a full audit of the declaration conducted by the NACP (National Agency on Corruption Prevention).
Specifically, the council member purchased two apartments in a modern residential complex in the Dnipro district. She paid 2 million UAH for them, but did not reflect these expenses in her declaration.
She also failed to declare 6.2 million UAH held in the accounts of her enterprise.
Separately, the declaration lacked information regarding 4.5 million UAH she received as a "loan" from relatives to acquire property.
The total amount of undeclared assets and financial liabilities is 13.2 million UAH.
Prosecutors of the Slobozhanska District Prosecutor's Office of the Dnipropetrovsk region are charging the council member with the intentional submission of knowingly false information in the declaration of a person authorized to perform state or local government functions.
