The website of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv has posted a summons to summon former MP Ilya Kiva to court, despite the fact that he was liquidated on December 6, UNN reports.
The summons is dated December 13, and he is summoned to the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv on December 27. The death of the former MP in the Moscow region became known on December 6.
"If you are unable to appear in court, we inform you of the obligation to notify the court of the reasons for your absence," the court said in a statement.

On December 6, the Russian media reported that the body of former member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ilya Kiva was found in the Moscow region.
Later, it became known, citing sources, that the liquidation of former MP Ilya Kiva was a special operation of the SBU. He was killed with small arms.
On the same day, Ukrainian intelligence confirmed the liquidation of Kiva.
Former MP Ilya Kiva was sentenced in absentia to 14 years for high treason.
