Starting August 1, a new transfer QR ticket will become available in Kyiv, allowing passengers to make an unlimited number of transfers between different types of public transport within 90 minutes after the first validation. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA), writes UNN.

It is noted that the new ticket will be valid in the metro, buses, trolleybuses, trams, and the funicular.
Its cost will be 60 UAH. After purchase, the travel document will be stored in the app for 15 days, and the 90-minute period will begin only after the first use.
During the ticket's validity, the passenger will be able to transfer between different types of transport without restrictions, re-confirming the fare with the same QR code at each vehicle or metro turnstile.
The transfer ticket can be purchased in the "Kyiv Digital" app in the QR ticket purchase section, selecting the "City Transport" category and the "Transfer" type. Tickets will also be available at special terminals.
Rules of use and inspection:
• during fare inspection, it is enough for the passenger to show the QR ticket to the controller;
• after scanning, the system will display all validations made within the 90-minute period;
• the new transfer ticket will be personal, so it cannot be transferred to another person due to the specifics of its use for multiple trips.
The introduction of the new format does not change the current rules for the cost of QR tickets.
