It is noted that during November, law enforcement officers received a number of appeals from citizens that in the Podil district, an unknown person, riding a bicycle bicycle, was throwing red paint on people.

During During the intensified patrolling of the territory, district police officers detained the offender. The Kyiv resident, born in 1981, was carrying a bottle of paint, which, together with the bicycle, was seized by law enforcement officers as material evidence.
The offender was served a notice of suspicion of committing eleven episodes of criminal offenses under Part 1 Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism, and upon completion of the pre-trial investigation, the indictment was sent to court for for consideration on the merits.
By the verdict of the Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv of Kyiv found the defendant guilty of committing criminal offenses and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.
