One of the largest cyberattacks on Ukraine's state registries was carried out by hackers affiliated with the main department of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko, said on Friday on his social media page, UNN reports .
“The cyberattack on Ukrainian infrastructure was carried out by hacker groups associated with the Russian Federation,” Kovalenko wrote.
