Thanks to the coordinated cooperation of local governments, the State Emergency Service, responsible businesses and Ukrzaliznytsia, there are currently 466 Points of Invincibility operating in the Kyiv region. According to the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, all the points are fully equipped with generators, so they can function autonomously in case of power outages.
They have access to the Internet, which guarantees constant access to information and the ability to maintain communications, electricity to charge gadgets, hot drinks and, importantly, warmth.
In most of the points, especially those located in the most remote areas, there are Starlink terminals. Therefore, uninterrupted internet is guaranteed there.
The points are located in every district and community of the region. The addresses of all points of invincibility and shelters can be checked in the "Safe Kyiv Region" chatbot.
Reminder
At 92 railway stations in Ukraine, 24-hour "Points of Invincibility" with free internet and charging are operating. At 40 stations, special zones for parents with children have also been set up.
