The National Flag of Ukraine and the flag of the city of Odesa will be flown at half-mast with mourning ribbons. Enterprises, institutions, and organizations of the city are recommended to limit the use of music and the holding of entertainment events

As reported by the head of the Odesa Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, the Odesa Maternity Hospital No. 5 was damaged as a result of the enemy attack.
At the time of the strike, there were over 80 people here, including 32 pregnant women and women in labor, as well as 22 newborns. Thanks to the professional actions of the medical staff, everyone was evacuated to a shelter in time — no one was injured.
