Details
This was one of the largest daytime attacks after the Israeli Defense Minister rejected the possibility of a truce until the main objectives of the operation were achieved.
Israeli strikes hit the Dahiyeh neighborhood, sending smoke over the city. Before the attack, the army warned civilians to stay away, and afterwards it claimed significant destruction of Hezbollah facilities, including weapons depots and rocket positions.
