At passport issuance centers in Warsaw, men stand in long lines due to restrictions on issuing documents to Ukrainians of military age, while services remain available for children and women.

Today, a video from one of the passport issuance centers in Warsaw, where huge queues of men have formed, was posted online, UNN reports.

The Telegram channel TRUKHA reported that the network wrote that men were not given ready-made documents because "the system is not working." However, there are no such restrictions for children and women.

Context

Earlier, the media, referring to a letter signed by First Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga, wrote that starting from April 23, men of military age will no longer be provided with services at Ukrainian consulates. It will only be possible to draw up documents for returning to Ukraine.

Subsequently, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine  Dmytro Kuleba instructed to take measures regarding men of mobilization age in Ukraine and abroad. The MFA will soon provide clarification on the procedure for obtaining consular services  as the law on enhanced mobilization approaches and comes into force.
