In Vinnytsia region, a man wounded a serviceman of the territorial center for recruitment and social support with a knife. This is reported by UNN with reference to a message from the Vinnytsia Regional TCC and SP.
Details
It is noted that the incident occurred during the delivery to the TCC of a man who had been listed as a violator of military registration since 2025.
During the delivery to the TCC and SP for further clarification of military registration data, the violator of military registration began to behave aggressively. He used obscene language towards the servicemen, took out a folding knife, and inflicted a wound on one of them. The victim received medical assistance. His state of health is assessed as satisfactory
It is indicated that the attacker was detained, and criminal proceedings have been initiated. He may face liability under several articles of the Criminal Code.
