In the US state of Pennsylvania on Monday, a man was detained who is suspected of murdering the CEO of one of the largest American health insurance companies, Brian Thompson. This is reported by CNN, BBC, writes UNN.

It is noted that the suspect among the customers was identified by a McDonald's employee and called the police. Police identified the man as 26-year-old Luigi Mangione.
He had with him "several items linking him to the incident," including a mask and a firearm. The police also found several identity cards – one with a real name, the other fake. In particular, he was carrying an American passport and a fake New Jersey identity card, which was used to check in at a hostel in New York, where the suspect was noticed before the shooting.
Police also claim that he was carrying a handwritten "three-page manifesto" that sheds light on his "motives and thinking" and shows that he "seems to have a dislike for corporate America.
