Tatneft introduced fuel limits: what is known
Russian "media" also report that at Tatneft gas stations in Chelyabinsk, gasoline sales for passenger cars have been limited to 30 liters. Drivers were told this policy was due to technical reasons.
In addition, other limits have been set for diesel fuel at the network's gas stations: up to 60 liters for passenger cars and up to 300 liters for trucks.
At the same time, the local publication 74.ru reports different restrictions. According to its data, at certain gas stations, the limit is 20 liters of gasoline and 40 liters of diesel for passenger cars, and up to 200 liters of diesel for trucks.
Drivers from Orenburg and Saint Petersburg are writing about similar restrictions on social media. Specifically, in Orenburg, according to them, passenger cars are allowed up to 20 liters of gasoline and up to 40 liters of diesel, while trucks are allowed up to 200 liters of diesel.
In Saint Petersburg, according to car owners, limits may vary depending on the specific gas station.
One driver was able to fill up 40 liters of diesel at one Tatneft station, but only 20 liters at another, automated station.
Another Russian wrote that they were allowed to fill up to 30 liters of AI-98 gasoline.
The company has provided no official explanation regarding the reasons for introducing such restrictions.
