The incident occurred in the Inhuletskyi district of the city.
There, in one of the residential areas near a Ukrposhta branch, a man in a dark tracksuit with a hood covering his face was dragging a man in a gray T-shirt toward a parked white minibus.
Four female passersby became witnesses. One of them began filming everything that was happening on her smartphone camera. Two others tried to pull the man in the gray T-shirt out of the minibus.
