The number of casualties as a result of hostile shelling of Kostyantynivka has increased to 14 people, UNN reports with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office.
"At least 14 people have been killed and 43 wounded as a result of the enemy shelling of Kostyantynivka. This is terror and barbarism," the statement said.
The Prosecutor General's Office emphasized that no situation at the front can justify the killing of civilians.
"An investigation into the war crime has already been launched. The terrorist country must be and will be punished for everything it has done," emphasized Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin.
