The High Anti-Corruption Court has granted the lawsuit of the SAPO prosecutor and recognized the assets of a migration service official in the Khmelnytskyi region and an associated person, worth over UAH 7.3 million, as unsubstantiated. This was reported by the NACP, according to UNN.

The grounds for filing the lawsuit were materials from a lifestyle monitoring conducted by the NACP, as well as information from the State Bureau of Investigation.
According to the agency, during 2021–2023, a family member of the official became the owner of a large shopping center with an area of over 900 square meters, which houses shops, cafes, and offices.
In 2024, an apartment was additionally built on the same site. The total value of the property amounted to UAH 13.7 million.
An analysis of the family's income showed that official earnings would not have been sufficient for such a purchase,
In view of this, the SAPO appealed to the court with a demand to recover to the state budget the part of the asset's value that does not correspond to legal income – over UAH 7.3 million.
The court ruled to recover the relevant assets to the state budget through civil forfeiture.
The decision may be appealed within 30 days after the full text is drafted.
