The High Anti-Corruption Court has postponed until December 18 the consideration of a motion to impose a preventive measure on Kyiv Court of Appeal judge Vyacheslav Dzyubin, who, along with three other judges, is suspected of bribery, a UNN correspondent reports.

"We expect that the hearing will be postponed until December 18 at 10:00," the judge said.
The lawyer said that Dziubin could not participate in the court hearing directly, as he was undergoing hospital treatment, so he requested that he be allowed to join the hearing via videoconference.
"However, the doctor provided conclusions that he can participate in the court session via videoconference and, as far as I understood, there are appropriate opportunities to provide him with medical control from the medical institution," the lawyer said.

The High Council of Justice granted the motion of Deputy Prosecutor General and Head of the SAPO Oleksandr Klymenko to consent to the detention of Kyiv Court of Appeal Judge Vyacheslav Dziubin.
Four judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, who were caught taking bribes to lift the seizure of property from a private company, were served with suspicion notices. These are Yuriy Slyva, Viktor Hlynianyi, Ihor Palenyk and Viacheslav Dziubin.
