The foreign ministers of the Group of Seven countries expressed serious concern about China's transfer of materials to russia to help it develop production for its army. The ministers called on China to stop providing such support. This is stated in a communiqué following a meeting of the Group of Seven foreign ministers on the Italian island of Capri, UNN reports.

We express our serious concern about the transfer of dual-use materials and weapons components from Chinese facilities that russia is using to develop production for its military. This allows russia to rebuild its defense industrial base, threatening both Ukraine and international peace and security. China should stop this support, as it will only prolong this illegal war of aggression and increase the threat that russia poses to its neighbors

The foreign ministers of the Group of Seven countries will continue to oppose any attempts to avoid and circumvent sanctions and export restrictions by russia. The ministers also intend to continue to impose sanctions against russia and individuals and companies from third countries that assist it.
