A fire broke out in Odesa after an explosion during an air raid alarm, local Telegram channels report, UNN reports.
"Smoke is visible in Odesa after the explosion," the statement said.
The city and regional authorities have not yet provided any information on the consequences of the explosion or the likely arrival.
