According to the information, it is about the alleged replacement of TV programs with messages about a fictitious threat of an attack with "Oreshnik". 

This information is yet another enemy fake news aimed at destabilizing the situation and sowing panic among Ukrainians. The national TV channels are operating normally, and providers and viewers have not reported any technical failures or problems with the broadcast. 

The media are urging citizens to be vigilant, to trust only trusted sources and not to spread dubious information that could weaken the unity of society.
