Later, the head of the Sumy MVA, Oleksiy Drozdenko, said that the smoke seen by Sumy residents was the result of a rubber fire in one of the city's districts.
"The only smoke that Sumy residents saw was the result of a tire fire in one of the city's districts. The State Emergency Service is working," said the head of the MVA.
