Explosion occurs in Odesa after warning of ballistic threat

Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov reported an explosion in the city. Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic missile attacks from Crimea, and an air alert was declared in the region.
