Several regions of Ukraine have resumed blackout schedules after the morning's cancellation. The blackouts have been restored in Rivne, Volyn, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kharkiv regions. This was reported by UNN , citing data from regional power companies and local authorities.

According to the head of the Rivne RMA, the schedule of hourly outages will be applied in the region today:
- Stage 4 - 19:00-22:00;
- Stage 5 - 16:30-19:00.
Evening blackouts for residents of Volyn region have also been restored.
At 16:05, NPC Ukrenergo received a command to resume the application of outage schedules from 16:30”
In Volyn, the queues are being disconnected according to the schedule for November 20:
- Stage 6: 16:30 - 18:00;
- 1st stage: 18:00 - 20:00;
- 2nd stage: 20:00 - 22:00.
In Ternopil region, blackouts are planned for the following hours:
- 16:30-17:00 Line 5;
- 17:00-19:00 6th line;
- 19:00-22:00 1st line.
In Prykarpattya, in accordance with Ukrenergo's instructions, from 16:30 to 22:00, rolling blackouts will be applied again in one stage. “The blackouts will be in effect according to the schedules published on November 20,” Prykarpattyaoblenergo said.
Schedules have been returned in Kharkiv region as well. Hourly power outages in the region began to be applied from 15:00.
Meanwhile, the number of blackout queues has been changed in Lviv region.
