Following the recently approved 15th package of sanctions against Russia, the EU is already developing the 16th, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said in parliament on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"Italy will continue to play its role in strengthening sanctions by helping companies that operate in compliance with them. We supported the recent adoption of the 15th package of sanctions, and the 16th is already being prepared," Meloni said.
