As of 07:00 on Tuesday, Ukrzaliznytsia has not resumed online ticket sales. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the carrier, informs UNN.

It is noted that the teams of Ukrzaliznytsia, partners and leading experts continue non-stop restoration of online services.
A backup infrastructure has been deployed in a secure environment, all components have been prepared directly for restart from backups of critical systems, a thorough diagnosis of backups and identification of all potential malicious elements is underway. Complex connections between different systems are being restored
The company assures that specialists are doing everything possible to restore online sales as soon as possible.
"Meanwhile, ticket offices at all train stations continue to operate in an enhanced mode with extended schedules (for example, 18 ticket offices were open in Kyiv yesterday instead of the usual 8), and all trains continue to run strictly on schedule," Ukrzaliznytsia emphasized.
Reminder
The day before, Ukrzaliznytsia's systems were subjected to a large-scale cyberattack. Online ticket sales were suspended, while train traffic remained stable and their operation was without delays.
Later, the company reported that ticket sales for all trains at ticket offices are carried out exclusively for the next 2 days: March 24 and 25. Waiting in line at the country's largest train stations was minimized to 10-15 minutes.
