In February 2020, Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in prison on two counts of rape in 2013 and forcing oral sex in 2006. In February 2023, the former film producer was sentenced to another 16 years in prison for the 2013 rape of an actress from Los Angeles, whose name has not been disclosed. Therefore, Harvey Weinstein remains in prison, despite the revision of the first verdict.
