According to Ukrenergo, 355 settlements in 7 regions (Donetsk - 130, Kharkiv - 136, Dnipropetrovs'k - 38, Sumy - 20, Poltava - 19, Cherkasy - 11 and Chernihiv - 1) are without power.
Regional power company crews are involved in restoring power supply.
According to the Recovery Agency, public roads are free for travel.
