ARMA has announced tenders to select appraisers and managers for Medvedchuk's seized property. This includes factories, a sports center, apartments and a house.

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced competitions to select appraisers and managers for Medvedchuk's seized property. We are talking about  factories, a sports center, apartments and a house in different regions of Ukraine. UNN reports this with reference to the ARMA. 

ARMA announces competitions to select appraisers and managers for three factories in Lviv region and the capital, a sports base in Kyiv region, three apartments and a residential building in Kyiv that belonged to a traitor

- ARMA said in a statement. 

The National Agency's website has already announced competitions for:

  • Zhovten sports base in Obukhiv district of Kyiv region. According to ARMA, it is located in an ecologically clean forest area, next to a river. It has a special parking space for a yacht.
  • The Kerambud brick factory in Lviv.  It is said to be one of the most powerful brick producers in western Ukraine, equipped with high-tech, fully automated, modern German equipment.
  • A well-known concrete producer, Betonbud, and a construction company, Capital Plaza, in the Lviv region.
  • Three apartments in the Obolon district of Kyiv and a private house overlooking Obolonska embankment.

Reportedly, anyone, except for representatives of the Russian Federation, can participate in competitions to select an appraiser and a manager of these assets.

After the assessment of each of these assets and the selection of managers, this property will begin to work for the benefit of the state, ARMA said. 

Addendum

The National Agency has already received an independent appraisal of 20 Viktor Medvedchuk's collectible wristwatches. The watches, valued at UAH 10.6 million, will soon be sold through an online auction. The agency also expects to receive the results of the evaluation of 136 paintings by the traitor in the near future.
