A video showing the moment of installation on the roof of the Nordstar Tower was published on the X social network by military analyst Massimo Frantarelli. This was noted by "Istories" (Vazhnye Istorii).
The analyst suggested that a modification of the "Pantsir-SMD-E" system was installed on the roof of the 42-story skyscraper near the "Begovaya" metro station.
