The Central Research Institute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (CRI) in cooperation with Ukrposhta has created a unique postage stamp to honor the scientists of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to UNN.
Details
It is noted that these people contribute directly to the successes of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, but often remain "in the shadows."
The stamp is based on the institute's chevron and the motto Scientia Vinces (Latin for "By Science, You Shall Conquer"). This is the motto of the CRI of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reflecting the current course of the Russian-Ukrainian war, where technological solutions have become one of the key factors allowing our defenders to deter the enemy and respond worthily to Russian aggression,
According to the Deputy Head of the CRI for Scientific Work, Colonel Oleh Semenenko, against the background of the composition "we see fragments of operational-tactical maps and complex mathematical calculations."
"This is a visualization of that invisible but critically important front, where our future victory is forged with the help of formulas and analytics,"
It is indicated that the official stamp cancellation ceremony took place in Kyiv shortly before Science Day, which is celebrated in Ukraine on the third Saturday of May.
Recall
In December, Ukrposhta released a new festive stamp and postal block "Christmas Angel."
