Details

"The UNHCR has developed a platform for Ukrainian forced migrants and internally displaced persons - "Ukraine is Home" - which will provide comprehensive information on the stay of Ukrainians abroad, their return to Ukraine, support programs for housing, employment and other types of assistance," the agency said.

With the assistance of the Ministry of Economy, the platform will reportedly be filled with information about current employment, training, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Creating the conditions for Ukrainians to return home is one of the priority tasks the government is currently working on. The government's goal is to create conditions for Ukrainians to find employment and start their own businesses, purchase their own housing on affordable terms, and introduce tools for training and retraining

- said Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

It will include links to government support programs and tools provided by partners and the private sector to assist with housing, employment and other forms of assistance.

In addition, the platform supports internally displaced persons in Ukraine by providing them with access to information about benefits and available services.
