Ukraine plans to create a payment agency that will perform a transit function to distribute funds without making decisions, similar to the practice in EU countries. This was announced by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vitaliy Koval at an event, UNN reports.
"The next project is to create a disbursement agency. In all EU countries, there are disbursement agencies that work essentially like a cash desk. They simply perform a transit function and distribute funds without making decisions. This is the function we want to ensure through the creation of a disbursement agency," Koval said.
According to him, the creation of the agency is among the integration requirements.
"We will realize this in 2025," he added.
