A tragedy occurred today near the village of Ivanivka, Kyiv region. A cyclist was killed in a traffic accident.
It has been preliminarily established that the cyclist, without making sure of the safety of the traffic, rode into the intersection where the DAF truck was moving. As a result of the collision, the cyclist sustained numerous injuries, including bruises, a broken nose and a traumatic leg amputation. Despite medical efforts, the man later died.
Law enforcement officers of the Myronivka Police Department of Kyiv Region and medics were at the scene to record all the circumstances of the incident and provide assistance to the victim.
