A conference dedicated to the return of Ukrainian children abducted by Russia was held in the Spanish Senate. This was reported by the press service of the Spanish Senate, according to UNN.

The event was opened by the President of the Senate, Pedro Rollán, in the Old Chamber of the upper house of parliament.
During the conference, a round table was held with the participation of two Ukrainians who managed to return home – Ivan Matkovskyi and Ivan Sarancha. Daria Herasymchuk, Advisor and Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, also took part.
Participants discussed the issue of returning deported children and the need for international support in this process.
The conference was closed by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Spain, Yuliia Sokolovska, and the President of the Senate, Pedro Rollán.
