In Ukraine on March 14-15, the west and north will experience a significant cold snap – down to +2…+7°C during the day. At the same time, it will still be warm in the south and east, but the temperature will start to drop there from March 17. This was reported by synopticist Natalia Didenko on Facebook, writes UNN.
During March 14-15, the air temperature in the north and west of Ukraine will drop significantly: first to +6+12, then to +2+7 degrees. And this is during the day!
In parts of the southern, eastern and central regions, according to the expert, it will remain warm, but a cold snap is expected from March 17.
"I am not writing about rain or even possible sleet (more likely next week) yet, it is too early," the message reads.
What will the weather be like in the coming days?
- On March 11, it will be warm in Ukraine, +14…+20°C. Rain is possible in Zakarpattia, in the Carpathians and in places in the northern regions of Rivne, Volyn and Zhytomyr regions. Precipitation is unlikely in the rest of the regions. In addition, wind with gusts of up to 15-20 m/s should be expected.
- In Kyiv on March 11, +17…+19°C is forecast, dry, but with strong wind. The cold snap in the capital will begin on March 16 and will be accompanied by rain. Precipitation is unlikely.
