The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, reported 695 documented forms of torture used by Russians against prisoners. They are strangled, beaten, shocked with tasers, set upon by dogs, and forced to stand in one place for 18 hours.

The Russian Federation employs 695 different forms of torture against Ukrainian prisoners of war. This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, during the presentation of the project "Made in Russia. Delivered to Captivity," UNN reports.

According to him, Russia has been torturing Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilian hostages for more than 13 years. 695 forms of torture and 860 instances of improper detention conditions have been documented.
