A total of 65 modular shelters are planned to be installed in Bohodukhiv, Izyum, Kupiansk and Kharkiv districts. 11 of them have already been installed

The network of facilities will be located near high-rise buildings, bus stations, markets, shopping centers, ASCs, and other crowded places.
The cost of each facility is UAH 1.9 million. The project is funded by 70% from local budgets, and another 30% is the participation of the regional budget within the framework of the Territorial Defense Program of Kharkiv Region for 2022-2023.
