Reportedly, on the night of July 24, 2024, the Russian occupiers struck Kharkiv region with an Iskander-M ballistic missile and a missile of unknown type (from Belgorod region - Russian Federation). The enemy also attacked the south of the country with Shahed-type attack UAVs from Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) and the occupied Crimea.
"A total of 23 enemy attack UAVs were detected and escorted by the radio engineering troops. The air attack was repelled by units of mobile firing groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, anti-aircraft missile units and airborne electronic warfare. As a result of the anti-aircraft battle, 17 enemy UAVs were shot down. Most of them were shot down in Odesa region," said Oleshchuk.
Also, over the past day and this day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed at least 8 enemy reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles in different directions: 4 - Zala, 2 - Supercam, 2 - Orlan-10.
