10 thousand appeals on errors in e-IDs received from veterans in three days

The Ministry of Veterans Affairs received 10,000 requests to correct errors in electronic ID cards in three days. More than 3,000 applications have been processed, and the data verification process is ongoing.

In just three days, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs has received 10,000 appeals from veterans to eliminate errors in their electronic IDs. This was announced by Denys Berestov, Deputy Director of the Department of Digital Development and Transformation, Head of the State Register Department at the Ministry, during a live broadcast organized by the Ministry of Veterans, UNN correspondent reports.

We have already received more than 10 thousand requests in three days. Indeed, it may take some time, but we have to verify each data with the relevant authority. So far, we have processed more than 3 thousand applications. You may need to re-register in the Diia app and see if a new certificate is generated

According to the Unified State Register of War Veterans, more than 220,000 war veteran certificates have been generated in Ukraine . There are still errors in the system that may prevent the generation of certificates.
