Putin also mentioned BRICS countries and North Korea as potential partners for peace negotiations. Responding to these comments, Dmytro Lytvyn advised the dictator to use medication to improve mental activity, noting that this may help him to more clearly realize the real situation.
If Putin is again trying to understand who he needs to talk to in order to seriously move towards ending this war, maybe he should just take some pills to activate brain activity - assuming that such pills still affect him.
