The President of Ukraine said that today he had heard a report on mobilization and demobilization, rotations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and issues related to conscripts who were called up for service before the full-scale invasion. They also discussed the situation with the work of the Military Qualification Commission and "military commissariats".
According to the head of state, a comprehensive plan on this issue will be presented next week. "There are some decisions that we made immediately, I'll tell you honestly, but I would like people to understand the entire action plan, where we are going with this, what the challenges are," Zelensky added.
