We understand the difficulties faced by people who have fled their homes. IDPs who spend more than 20% of their income on rent will be able to apply for a subsidy, and the state will partially compensate them for these expenses
He also added that the government will compensate landlords for part of their income taxes if they rent an apartment or house to internally displaced persons officially under a contract. The rental subsidy for IDPs will now be available in all regions.

The Cabinet of Ministers has additionally allocated UAH 393.77 million for the National Cashback and Winter eSupport programs. Funds were reallocated due to reduction of expenditures on industrial parks and demining.
