Alexey Titov also won the Eric Mace Award. The judges noted the honesty and fairness of his game at the Dutch International 2024.
The agency said that the award was established in memory of Eric Mays, the 2017 Dutch men's singles champion who died in a car accident. This is the first time in history that an athlete from Ukraine has received this award.
