Ukrainian special forces defeated a Russian 2C5 Hyacinth-S self-propelled gun in the temporarily occupied territory. This was reported by the Command of the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine, UNN reports.

It is noted that the operators of the 73rd Marine Center of the SSO during reconnaissance operations in the southern direction discovered the enemy's 152-mm self-propelled gun 2C5 "Hyacinth-S".
The coordinates of the enemy target were promptly transferred to a missile and artillery unit of the Defense Forces.
The enemy gun managed to fire only a few shots. After that, it was completely destroyed by HIMARS fire.
